DFB Laser Diodes with 1053 nm, 1064 nm, and 1118 nm

1064 nm DFB20 Butterfly PackageManufacturer: QD Laser

Distribution: IMM Photonics

The laser diode will be supplied as a standard 14 pin butterfly module with integrated optical isolator and thermoelectric cooling.

The light is emitted via a polarization-maintaining fiber. In continuous wave mode, the side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) is 40 dB, regardless of power output and operating temperature.

This laser diode is particularly suitable for applications in which low amplitude noise, low jitter and a high side-mode suppression ratio at short pulses of 50 ps to 100 ns are of utmost importance. These applications comprise the design of frequency-doubled lasers or as seeder for ytterbium fiber lasers.
