Cell Imaging

A generic strategy for the fabrication of highly fluorescent poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticles loaded with conjugated polymers has been reported by B. Liu et al, as highlighted in this Advanced Functional Materials frontispiece image. This method may serve to produce a new generation of biocompatible, surface-functionalizable probes for targeted cancer cell imaging and diagnostics.
