Nanoliter Microchamber for Constructing Phase Diagrams

A microfluidic device containing a nanoliter chamber with facile handling properties, ultra low sample consumption, rapid heat exchange, and the capability to study highly concentrated solutions, was developed for the exemplary construction of the phase diagram of an aqueous poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) solution.
