Patterned Colloidal Photonic Domes and Balls

Patterns of photonic hemispheres, such as Janus or triple-faced hemisphere patterns are prepared in a controlled manner by depositing a suspension of silica particles in a photocurable resin on a substrate using a dispenser, followed by UV exposure.
