The Macromolecular Journals are happy to present again their selection of the best articles. Of around 1000 manuscripts published over the past 12 months, nine articles have been selected to appear in the Best of Macromolecular Journals – Edition 2015.
The Best of Macromolecular Journals – Edition 2015 will be distributed at all major conferences in polymer science, providing the highest possible exposure for the selected articles. On top, free online access to these articles is also provided.
The front and back covers present review articles on Acyclic Diene Metathesis (ADMET) Polymerization (K. B. Wagener et al.) and on Recent Advances and Future Perspectives in Cyclodextrin-Based Supramolecular Assemblies and Hydrogels (G. Qiao et al.), respectively. The communication on Micropatterning Electrospun Scaffolds to Create Intrinsic Vascular Networks (Y. Wang et al.) is illustrated on the inside front cover.
Three further exciting review articles on Natural Fiber Reinforced Composites, Green Chemistry for Polymer Production, and Polymer Micro- and Nanocapsules as Biological Carriers with Multifunctional Properties are presented in this special edition. Moreover, this issue includes a talents and trends article on the Mechanism and Kinetics of Dithiobenzoate-Mediated RAFT Polymerization, a full paper on Multiblock Copolymers Via RAFT Polymerization and, last but not least, a communication on Photopiezoelectric Composites of Azobenzene-Functionalized Polyimides and Polyvinylidene Fluoride.
